What this policy covers
It covers the public pages of this website, the request form, and the client area you may be given access to if we start working together.
The business responsible for the details described here:
- Registered business name
- Not published yetThe agency publishes this here once it is confirmed. It is left blank on purpose rather than filled with an assumption.
- Registered address

What the request form collects
When you send the form, this is everything that reaches us:
There is no card field, no payment field and no document upload anywhere on the public website.
- Your full name.
- Your phone number, so we can call you or reach you on WhatsApp.
- Your email address, if you choose to add it. The field is optional.
- The service you selected.
- The message you write, if you write one. That is optional too.
- The language you were reading the site in, so the reply reaches you in the same language.
- If you arrived through a campaign link, the tags carried in that link, so we know which link brought you here.
What we do with it
We use these details to contact you about your request and to understand what you need. Nothing collected here is used to build an advertising profile.
If we begin working together, the same details become the start of your client record, and we ask separately for whatever the specific service requires.
The client area
You do not need an account to send a request. Accounts are created by the agency for clients we are already working with. You cannot register one yourself.
Files uploaded inside the client area are stored privately. They are not published to public web addresses and are not visible to other clients.
Cookies and browser storage
This website loads no advertising scripts. On public pages only, Microsoft Clarity is loaded after you allow analytics cookies. It is never loaded on login, password-reset, client, or admin pages.
Clarity helps us understand navigation and interactions through aggregated behavior analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings so we can improve the public website. The contents of the service-request form are explicitly masked in recordings.
When you allow analytics, Clarity may use its analytics cookies to connect page views into a session. Advertising storage stays denied. Analytics is off until you choose it, and you can reject it or change your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer.
Separately, Cloudflare delivers this website and measures how many pages are opened and how quickly they load. This runs on every page, including sign-in and client-area pages. It counts page views and loading speed only: it sets no cookies, keeps nothing on your device, records nothing you do on a page, and does not identify you. Because it stores nothing in your browser, the analytics choice above does not switch it on or off.
Your browser also keeps your language choice and analytics preference. Campaign tags are kept for the visit only. Essential cookies are limited to a security token that protects form submissions and, after sign-in, a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for advertising.
Delivering a service can require sharing information with the providers it involves: a university, an airline, a hotel, an insurer, a government office. Which of them applies depends on your service and is part of what we agree with you.

How long it is kept
We keep a request for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and a client record for as long as the service and the record-keeping duties of the business require.

Asking about your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the details on the business page and say which request you mean.
