What deletion means here
Closing your account removes your access to the client area on the website and in the app: your profile, your files, your plans, your checklists and your requests stop being reachable by you or by anyone else signing in.
It does not mean every byte is erased on the same day. Some records are held for a fixed period because the law requires it — those are listed further down.
How to ask
Signed in to the app, open your profile and choose to request account deletion. That reaches us directly and is recorded with the date you asked.
You can also simply write to us from the email address on the account, using any of the channels below. We confirm in writing once the account is closed.
What we are required to keep
Invoices, receipts and the accompanying fiscal documents cannot be deleted on request: an Israeli business must retain them for a statutory period, and that obligation outlives the account they belong to.
Those records are kept for accounting purposes only. They are not used to contact you and they do not restore your access.

How long it takes
We act on a deletion request within a few working days and confirm by email when it is done. If anything in your file is still open — a booking in progress, an unpaid invoice — we tell you before closing rather than after.
Updates to this page
We revise this page whenever the way we work changes, and record which version is in force.
